Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We know how excited our customers are to receive their new acupressure set, so we aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days.  

Shipping within the USA: We ship the majority of our products from our California warehouse with an estimated shipping time of 5-8 business days. Occasionally we might use other warehouses (usually due to higher than expected demand), in which case the shipping time can extend up to 10-15 business days. 

During busy times, such as Christmas, there can be an additional delay of 2-3 days.

Please note that due to COVID-19, orders may experience a delay in shipping and delivery. Also, we are currently not able to fulfill orders outside the USA. We appreciate your patience during this time.

A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order at our tracking page

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the goods must be in the same condition that you received them. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@pranaflower.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note that:

  • the postage costs incurred returning the item(s) to us, will not be refunded, and
  • the return address may be outside of your country. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
